We visited Ireland and we enjoyed a special evening enjoying modern seasonal twists on Irish cooking. Everything was FANTASTIC! Celeste knows so much about the local wild ingredients and forgotten foods.

I tried Celeste’s cooking at a friend’s party and I knew she would be the perfect chef for my birthday celebration in Switzerland. Celeste and Dave flew over and threw an amazing event which blew us all away, despite the fact they were in a different country, in a kitchen they’d never set food in before. They pulled off a flawless dinner for 25 (with variations for vegans and other diets) with graceful calm and expert precision.

For my sister's hen's party we did a cooking demo at our Airbnb. We made a brunch cocktail and learned to make the prettiest Mushrooms on Toast! Everything was very professional, exceedingly tasty and Celeste was lots of fun!

Our team for the Cork City Gay LGBT+ Pride Festival brought in Spoon & Scallop for a night of team building. The actives were well planned to get everyone involved and trying new things. We loved every minute, but the highlight was definitely sitting down at the end and eating the food. The rainbow pasta we made in lemon cream sauce…. just wow!

I had a beautiful celebration with friends and my children in Westport and we were so delighted with bringing on Spoon & Scallop to take care of food. Celeste and Dave did an amazing job. It was nice to leave them take over my kitchen and I got to spend the time enjoying my guests rather than worrying over the food. They also left my kitchen spotless which was more than I could have ever expected.
